Asset Management begins with a series of audits (i.e. hardware, software, licensing) to inventory client assets and attach a serial number to each.
This inventory allows Madison Technology to keep track of each individual asset, its warranty information, remaining useful life, and due dates for renewal or maintenance.
Hardware Audit: Windows server information such as manufacturer, physical memory, physical disk, processor, network adapters.
Software Audit: Windows server information such as operating system versions, service pack, builds, serial numbers, applications installed, and systems services installed.
Reporting
Service level availability and outage reports: provide a graphical or numeric view of your service level metrics and outages for the current month-to-date, prior month, or last twelve months.
Inventory reports: can be used for software license auditing or asset tracking.
Performance reports: reflect how particular devices on your network are performing through a graphical visualization of historic CPU, RAM, disk, and network statistics.
